He holds a diploma in mechanical engineering from Technical Examinations Board, Gujarat and has 30 years of experience in oil and gas industry services. He currently oversees the overall management of our Company including finance, operations and business development activities.
Mr. Dilip Vyas
Director
He has a Bachelor's degree in science from Gujarat University and has 30 years of experience in oil field service industry, specifically the manufacturing of rigs and associated processes including budgeting, designing, manufacturing and validating. He looks into the day to day operations of our business and is in charge of workshops, job and material management activities of the Company.
Mr. Chirag Vyas
Director
He has a Bachelor's degree in economics from Gujarat University and holds a diploma in financial management from Ahmedabad Management Association. He joined our Company as a Director in 2004 and he has more than 13 years of experience of handling matters related to our Company’s corporate and administrative affairs. He currently handles matters related to our Company’s corporate and administrative affairs.
Mr. Jayesh Asher
Chief Financial Officer
He holds a Bachelor's degree in commerce from Mumbai University. He has over 20 years of management experience. He is responsible for finance and accounts, financial planning, budget, finalization of annual accounts and liaising with lenders to our Company. He joined our Company with effect from June 28, 2010. Prior to joining our JEL he has worked with Punj Lloyd Upstream Limited and Dewanchand Ramsaran Ind Private Limited.
Mr. Rajendra Prasad Tyagi
Chief Operating Officer
He holds a diploma in mechanical engineering from Madhya Pradesh Board of Technical Education. He is having 35 years of experience .He has joined our Company with effect from June 1, 2006 as General Manager (Operations) and since September 1, 2012 he has been holding the position of Chief Operating Officer of our Company. He is responsible forDesign and implementation of business execution plans and procedures, set comprehensive goals for performance and growth of Team, Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of operation team, Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication, Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics, Present findings and reports to the CMD in all matters of importance, Manage relationships with partners/clients operation Group.. Prior to joining our Company he has worked with Triveni Engineering and Industries Limited, DewanchandRamsaran Industries Private Limited, Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, Essar Energy Limited, Triveni Pool Intairdrill Limited and Oil India Limited
Mr. Rajesh Sabnis
Chief Business Development Officer
He holds a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Amravati University. He has 29 years of experience. He served our Company with effect from January 8, 2012 as consultant and joined since May 1, 2015 as Senior Vice President, Business Development of our Company and since 1stNovember, 2017 he is holding position of Chief Business Development Officer. He is responsible for Elaborate business development plans, design and implement strategies to support business growth, through customer and market definition, Facilitate business growth by working together with clients as well as business partners (subcontractors, JV partners, technology providers, etc.), Build and maintain high-level contacts with current and prospective customer and other business and project partners, Drive prospects through to contract award (including identifying new customers and markets, developing approaches to the market, identifying prospects, proposal preparation, etc.), Develop marketing strategy, manage proposal teams and client account managers. Prior to joining our Company he has worked with Reliance Industries Limited, Davy Powergas India Limited, UB Engineering Limited, Finolex Pipes Limited and Sai Shree Construction Company.
Mr. Prashant Vaidya
Chief Human Resources Officer
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Science from P T Science College, Surat and a Master degree in Labour Welfare from South Gujarat University, Surat. He has over 23 years of experience in human resource management. He joined Company on 15th November, 2010 as Vice President Human Resource and since 1st September, 2014 he has been promoted as Chief Human Resource Officer in our Company. He is responsible for Talent Acquisition, Performance management System, Salary and Wages Administration, Training and development etc. Prior to joining JEL, he has worked with Videocon Narmada Glass, Torrent Power Limited, Pipavav Shipyard Limited and Gujarat Telelink Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Rakesh Ghuwalewala
Company Secretary and Compliance officer
He holds a Bachelor's degree in commerce and Bachelor's degree in law from Gujarat University. He is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi. He has over eight years of experience with secretarial matters. He joined JEL on May 05, 2008.He is responsible for secretarial compliances
